Located around a 10-minute ride from the cathedral-flanked square "Piazza del Duomo", the 3-star Hotel Franchi Florence offers general facilities such as a vending machine and a lift. This Florence hotel is in Santa Maria Novella, ideal for cheap hotels and budget dining, 2.7 km from such natural sights as the riverfront park "Parco delle Cascine".

Location

Approximately a 15-minute drive from the indoor Mercato Centrale Market Hall, the hotel is also approximately a 20-minute drive from the medieval Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. 4.8 km from the Franchi Florence, business travellers will find the free-standing Campanile di Giotto. Guests might as well enjoy proximity to Piazza Valdelsa, situated nearly a 15-minute walk away. Standing about 6 km away, the neo-gothic Franciscan church "Basilica of Santa Croce in Florence" is a hard-to-miss divine tourist destination.

Hotel Franchi is a mere 5 minutes on foot from Geminiani Sn bus stop and within a 4-km distance of Florence Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence.

Rooms

Facing the street, some of the 40 rooms come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and such essentials as central heating, an iron and ironing board. Furnished with a study desk, these rooms have a dining area and a kitchen. Nice touches include a bidet, a separate toilet, and a shower/bath combination, along with a hairdryer and shower caps. Guests are welcome to use a kitchen with a microwave, an electric kettle, and a stovetop in a twin room.
